More context is not always better context.

Build a useful knowledge boundary before connecting another source.

Light between concrete walls, an editorial study of defined boundaries.

Curate for the job

An agent answering a delivery question needs a delivery policy, an order record, and a way to flag exceptions. It probably does not need the entire company drive. Start with the smallest set of sources that can support a correct, reviewable answer.

Name the source owner

Documents drift when nobody is responsible for them. Assign an owner and a review date to each collection. When guidance changes, test the workflow with previous examples to understand the effect.

Carry references forward

The final answer should retain a useful connection to its evidence. A reviewer can then distinguish a grounded recommendation from an unsupported assumption. That connection is part of the product experience, not a debugging detail.
